Sholpan Abdikhalikova

President of QazGranit, entrepreneur

President of QazGranit — Kazakhstan's first and largest granite plant — and chair of the Almaty branch of the Respublica party. After a long career in banking and telecoms she turned a family business into a major industrial project; QazGranit holds the President's 'Altyn Sapa' quality award. A mother of four, she speaks openly about women's leadership and succeeding in industries traditionally seen as 'male'.
